Hi Boyd,
Amazing blog – one of the best resources I’ve found. Love your approach.
I’ve watched several of your training videos and your bench press and dead lift are insane! I see some massive guys that can’t bench within 200lbs of what you’re doing. How on earth did you become so amazing at it? Have you always been a great bench presser? I mean, that is the lift that EVERYONE knows how much they can do and it’s the first thing people ask me (how much can you bench?).
I’d like to hear your “bench” story if you have time. Again, keep up the great work. I check back several times per day and am following you on Twitter!
