Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

Hey San Antonio,

Just wanted to take a second and wish everyone a festive St. Patrick’s Day. There was a study published last week that said women who drank alcohol were less likely to gain weight, and I’m in the process of writing a post up that tells why this is actually incorrect and very misleading!

I hope everyone’s wearing green and that you are making the best out of this beautiful day!
