Fat Loss – Body Transformation – Advanced Nutrition

Slammed, But No Problem…

Hey San Antonio,

I do stay pretty busy all of the time, but now, with my full training schedule, online training, boot camp, and, oh yeah, family, life, relationships, etc, I don’t have a lot of time to just sit and relax.

But that’s fine. I totally believe in getting as much out of each day as I possibly can. I’m the type of person that if I leave something undone, I have a hard time sleeping at night.

Time is the single most used excuse when it comes to losing fat and changing the body, and in my opinion, it’s also the least credible. Everyone has the same 24 hours in a day. To my knowledge, no one has found a way to cross the time/space continuum and obtain more hours in a single day. There are responsibilities, demands, and chores that require more of our time than we may feel we are able to give.

The bottom line is to prioritize what’s important. If changing your body is important, you’ll find a way to put forth the effort to prepare the necessary foods and put forth the effort in the gym. If it’s not a priority, you’ll find another excuse to put it off.

As a personal trainer, I realize that my “Only Results, No Excuses” mentality may actually frighten some potential clients, and I’m totally okay with that, because I want my clients to know that when they come to me, they’re achieve what they’ve come to achieve – not waste their effort, time and money to look the same after their time with me has come and gone. I’d prefer someone that isn’t ready to be committed and that will not finish what they start not come to visit me. I suppose, if you don’t take your results serious, that Lifetime Fitness and Gold’s Gym has a personal trainer for you.

When you make the decision to make an amazing change, like so many of my clients, such as Andy, Chade, Courtney, Matt, Deron, Mike and Desiray have, there’s no just “sticking your toes in the water”. Make the decision and jump in, and reap the benefits.

Training without nutrition will do you no good. Following a fad diet without providing the stimulus to change (exercise), you’ll change your weight, but be a smaller version of yourself (my going from a big pear to a smaller pear analogy). To make a drastic change, you have to put it all together in a sensible, well planned system.

It’s not easy, but well worth it. Besides, if it WERE easy, everyone would look amazing. Only the dedicated make real progress. Are you up for it?
