Tuesday Personal Trainer Update

Hey San Antonio,

Been a busy last couple of days! My December rush is in full effect and I’ve had numerous inquiries for personal training over the last few days. As I have mentioned in past posts, it is totally normal for my studio during this time of year – our clients are serious and realize that we are not the typical fitness center or gym.

I’ve been in the “lab” so to speak, getting ready for several videos to add to youtube and to the blog, as I want that to be a big piece of what I offer here. I’ll be demonstrating many of my favorite exercises, techniques and things to be aware of from a safety standpoint, and I’ll throw a few workout and nutrition videos up. Now, I’m cooking a wider variety of food (as opposed to what I was cooking during contest prep), and hopefully you will see how easy it really is to cook healthy lifestyle foods that make it easy to stay consistent and eat properly.

I have a few recipes I want to add, and I’ll actually add them as both text and video, so that should make it enticing.

I had a quick and intense workout today, and my body is dying to go back to full, heavy, and hardcore lifting but I’m being patient. My joints are still recovery from the intense prep of my bodybuilding show, but they’ll be ready for heavy dead lifting and squats next week. I can’t wait!
