Momentum: Get it Going

Posted in bodybuilding,General,Motivation by sanantoniopersonaltrainer on the November 12th, 2009

Hey San Antonio,

In fat loss and body transformation, it’s important to get the ball rolling and moving quickly. To take the initial motivation, and milk it for everything it’s worth.

It gets harder. Not everyday in life goes as it should. But if you have momentum, that’s okay, because with enough speed, you can roll over those hills.

I feel that way now – I am tired, exhausted, and worn down, but I won’t stop moving forward. No steps back. They may not be running leaps they were, but after 103 days straight of hardcore, strict dieting, cardio and training, my body is still running at a very high level and my mind still has to be sharp each and everyday.

I have two options: I can make everyday the day I take another step forward, closer to my goal, or I can make an excuse of how things aren’t going so great. I’m tired. Kids are sick. Bad day at work. Girlfriend pissed me off.

Excuses lead to halting progress, killing momentum.

Everyday is a new day, every minute is a new minute.

Carpe diem.

You cannot be stopped.
