We All Have The Same 24… It’s What You Do With Them.
Hey San Antonio,
Someone actually just wrote this to me:
“I’m just trying to figure out how you get days with 38 hours in them, and mine only have 24. LOL.
Training, working out, blogging, eating, sleeping, boot camping, time with GF, time with Peyton, etc. Talk about time management. Keep up the good work.”
Unfortunately, I haven’t figured out how to cross the space-time continuum and create more hours in a day, but I do value every single hour the same. Some people treat their hours differently: they wake up frantically, go to work, hammer down, may relax at lunch, hang out right after work, etc.
There’s always something to do (and that includes spending time with your family and loved ones). An hour at work is no different than an hour in the evening. For example, I do cardio every single night to get ready for my competition – there are no exceptions. If I’m tired, worked late, etc, it does not matter. I have to do it.
I make it a point to keep my blog updated because it helps my business, as many people come in and tell me that they’ve been long time readers and they feel as if they know me.
I do everything for my business: I am my own administrative clerk, accountant, I shop, and I am my own IT guy.
Have I mentioned that I eat 8-12 times per day? Of course, many times it’s rushed.
I like being busy. I like going to bed each night knowing that I accomplished as much as possible and time wasn’t wasted.
Prioritize: not having time to change your body is not acceptable – it is nothing more than an excuse and excuses are for the weak.
If you look for time, you will not find it – YOU have to make it happen.
