San Antonio: Boot Camp is Back!

Are you looking for a different way to make a drastic change in your body? Are you tired of the monotony of counting reps and weights inside a typical gym? We have the program for you!
During boot camp, we cover every fitness component from cardio endurance, strength training, agility, balance and flexibility. Boot camp will be offered on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:15pm at our personal training studio located at 16613 Huebner Road in San Antonio. Once the class builds, 3 more sessions will be added (Tues and Thurs at 6am and at a convenient Saturday time).
What makes us different than other Boot Camp Fitness Programs in San Antonio? Our experience says it all – combined, we have over 17 years military experience and have actually lived the real boot camp experience. Throw in our extensive personal training experience and you have the perfect recipe for a rapid change in your body.
We are using the term “Boot Camp” for a few reasons. First off, just like military boot camps, our fitness boot camps are designed to quickly re-shape your body in minimal time. These aren’t typical training sessions; they are intense and are designed to quickly whip people into shape! Maybe you’re tired of training at your normal pace (and tired of thinking!) and you just need to get back to the basics of fitness: hard work and consistency. That is what boot camp is all about.
During boot camp, you become part of a team! Not only is this helpful for accountability purposes, but it will also develop a sense of camaraderie and encouragement system to ensure your success.
Boot camp is not for the meek! It is anything but easy, but if you’re ready to get serious about training and changing your body in a short amount of time then boot camp fitness training is for you!
Who is boot camp for? Anyone that is ready to dedicate at least 3 days per week to start changing their body! There will be individuals with varying fitness levels, and they will all be thoroughly challenged! Male, female, young or old – it does not matter!
For those who want to get the absolute most out of their boot camp training program, nutritional guidance will also be included. Each diet will be designed from scratch, designed for your vigorous training program and lifestyle.
