Tuesday, October 20 Meal Plan: Lackland Bodybuilding Classic Prep
Hey San Antonio,
Doing the same thing I did yesterday for the readers that have asked what goes into a preparing for a bodybuilding show. Of course, it’s the extreme case of body transformation, and a training regimen/nutritional program like this isn’t completely sustainable. Remember that I am now in my 12th week of dieting and I haven’t had one bite of cheat food in the entire time.
We are now 32 days out of the Lackland Bodybuilding Classic on November 21. Today is not a lifting day (I lift Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday), but I am doing cardio twice today.
Today is also an early carb cut-off, so I will be increasing the protein.

I am where I wanted to be about 2 weeks out, so roughly 2-3 weeks ahead of schedule. Still have energy, but admittedly, my cravings are a bit higher than they have been. In just over a month, it will have all been worth it when I have reached my fat loss goals and am on that stage.
