Here’s a very simple, quick recipe for low fat ground turkey with pasta. Definitely body transformation friendly. Enjoy!

Easy to make, store, and eat on the run.
2oz of pasta = 41g carbs
4oz turkey = 27g protein
(pre-cooked)

Adjust accordingly to dietary needs.
