Hey San Antonio,

What a weekend. I did my first show as an underwear model on Friday. No kidding! I had reservations about it, but it was a lot of fun. It didn’t hurt that I was the only guy in the show! ;) I have lots of pics and once I get them resized, I will post them. I have a week to relax a little and eat some calories. Clean calories of course. But then I have to get ready for my swimsuit show on July 4th weekend, so I don’t have long to be complacent.

After the show (which had SEVERAL attendees, magazines, tv stations, etc), a lot of people asked me about working out and said things like “I don’t have 3-4 hours per day to workout, must be nice.” Well, I’m a father and a business owner, so I don’t either. My lifting sessions rarely last longer than 45-60 minutes. In prep for this show, I did extra cardio, but typically, I may do 2-3 sessions per week. It DOES NOT TAKE AS MUCH TIME AS PEOPLE THINK – but it does take intensity and discipline. Changing the body is NOT easy. It’s simple. But requires effort. The effort is worth it.

My Client of the Week!

Congrats to Christina C! She has lost another 3 1/8″ off of her abdominal circumference in 2 weeks. Considering her ab circumference is only 27″, that’s amazing progress and she has worked hard in the gym and in the kitchen. Again, work hard, get the results you want. It’s that simple.
