Want to totally change the way you look? Want to FORCE your body to change?

For the next 12 weeks, try this… Every time you’re in the gym, hit a new high point. Shave off 5 seconds off of a mile run. Do 3 more reps of at least one exercise on at least one exercise than you’ve ever done before. Add 5 more pounds to a certain lift. Whatever it is, break a plateau every single time you’re working out. And don’t sandbag it. You want great things? Make them happen.
